Airbnb | Ad Campaign: Love Your Neighbor

Overview
A global Syrian refugee crisis has alarmed the international community due to the diaspora of millions of families seeking for a new home and overall a safe place to thrive and raise their families away from years of inner violence in their homeland.

Challenge
1. Generate a worldwide brand awareness throughout a current global social cause.
2. Demonstrate how through an actual tech platform, contemporary issues can reach a global collaboration and solution.
3. Increase profit for respective donations. 

Strategy
1. According to the Maslow pyramid of human needs. The sense of Belonging –place, home, culture– is one of the fundamental needs of human nature.
2. The use of digital and traditional media for the integrated campaign
3. Implementation of a new Airbnb service responding to the Syrian refugees global crisis.
4. 10% of Airbnb´s global revenue will be destined to finance refugees at Airbnb´s volunteer homes.
